RoofCycle USA is our blog supporting Roofing Best Practice (RBP).
The launch of this blog coincided with the initiation of Roofs To Roads Colorado and the recycling of asphalt tear off shingles (RAS) in Colorado.

The use of RAS in asphalt road paving is a major component of RBP.

We also support and promote other important factors of RBP, such as: the use of high recycled content roofing material (steel being #1), Energy Star high reflective materials which include steep slope asphalt shingles and metal, single ply membrane and other low slope materials.

Roof ventilation and insulation are also key aspects for energy efficiency and reduced carbon footprint in all roofing systems.
